Starting in October they started getting sync issues with SharePoint 2010 whenever they moved their items over to the shared calendar:

Now that I have logged on to web mail I noticed a whole bunch of emails that I thought had been lost from my inbox in outlook 16.I have a user running Outlook 2016 in Cached Exchange Exchange Mode. pst file and this folder is not present in my un-archived folder set. The sync issues folder I see the old emails in is actually in my archive - a. I accessed the account this was as you suggested I only see an inbox, drafts sent folder and none of my folders in outlook 16 are mirrored there. I don't use web mail with this account I am not a fan of web mail the feature sets are always poor and not particularly user friendly so when No devices sync to this account other than the laptop on which the outlook 16 resides. They all seems to refer to a particular folder I don't recognise - here is an example:ġ9:53:48 Synchronizing Mailbox Synchronizing server changes in folder 'Drafts'ġ9:53:48 Synchronizing server changes in folder 'Inbox'ġ9:53:50 35 item(s) added to offline folderġ9:53:50 Synchronizing local changes in folder ''ġ9:53:50 Synchronizing server changes in folder 'Sent'ġ9:53:50 Synchronizing local changes in folder 'Trash'ġ9:53:51 21 item(s) deleted in online folderġ9:53:51 Synchronizing server changes in folder 'Spam' The entries never seem to be recent so how do I stop them re-appearing? For example today I find 76 new entries all dated between 27th Feb and 15th March 2017? Whenever I delete the entire batch of entries from this "Outlook Sync Issues (this computer)" folder, at some point in the future I findĪnother set re-appear dated roughly around the same period. I delete them and then sometime later (could be days or weeks I haven't checked), I find that the folder has re-populated with old Synchronization Log entriesįrom Feb/March 2016. I am using Outlook 2016 and keep finding old entries appearing in the "Sync Issues" folder.
